Your payment will be accepted at the time you submit it, however, your payment may not be reflected in the online portal immediately. Please verify that your payment was accepted before logging out of the payment portal.
Yes. However, new invoices and payments made outside the payment portal are only synchronized with the payment portal once a month (when new bills are issued). If you’ve made a payment outside the portal (in person or via the postal service), it will not be reflected in the portal until the next billing cycle begins.
