1How do I pay my bill online?
Online payments can be made by credit card or ACH 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Click here for instructions on how to pay your bill online.
2Do I have to set up an online account to pay my bill?

No, you can make a one-time payment without having to log in, with the account number and zip code from your bill. Click here (insert direct link to “Pay Now”) to make a one-time payment now.

3Can I set up autopay?

Yes, you can enroll in reoccurring automatic payments by creating a login id, using the account number and zip code from your bill. Click on the “Set Up Autopay” tab to set up reoccurring automatic payments.

4What other information can I view when I create an account online?

ANRA's payment portal has several features, such as the ability to view your bill online, save payment methods for future use, pay via ACH, setup automatic/recurring payments, and receive email notifications and reminders on your account.

5Is online bill pay safe?

Yes, the portal is powered by Regions Bank and includes bank level security. The address in your browser when viewing the portal will begin with

6When will my online payment post to my account?

Your payment will be accepted at the time you submit it, however, your payment may not be reflected in the online portal immediately. Please verify that your payment was accepted before logging out of the payment portal.

7Can I still pay in-person or via mail if I have an online account?

Yes. However, new invoices and payments made outside the payment portal are only synchronized with the payment portal once a month (when new bills are issued). If you’ve made a payment outside the portal (in person or via the postal service), it will not be reflected in the portal until the next billing cycle begins.
