The Angelina & Neches River Authority (ANRA) is soliciting proposals (RFP) from qualified contractors for conducting annual potable water storage tank inspections for the upcoming five-year cycle beginning with Calendar Year 2026, which will end on December 31, 2026.
RFP’s should include the contractor’s credentials, list of key personnel, and their qualifications, that will be performing the work
All RFP’s must be received by 5:00 PM, Friday, October 30, 2026.

ANRA reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all RFP’s, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, accept the contractor who ANRA, in its sole discretion, determines to be most qualified, and hold the RFP’s for a period of 60 days without taking action. RFP’s submitted past the deadline date and time will not be accepted.
