June 23, 2026 The Angelina & Neches River Authority (ANRA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified auditing firms to conduct its annual financial audit for the upcoming five-year cycle beginning with Fiscal Year 2026, which will end on August 31, 2026. SOQ’s should include the firm’s credentials, resumes for key individuals that will be performing the audit work, noting their job title and relevant work experience and ability to perform Texas governmental entity audits in the State of Texas. All SOQs must be received by 5:00 PM, Wednesday, July 22, 2026. SOQ’s may be submitted to Angelina & Neches River Authority, located at 2901 N. John Redditt Dr., Lufkin, Texas 75904 or electronically to solicitations@anra.org. ANRA reserves the right to refuse and reject any or all SOQs, waive any or all formalities or technicalities, accept the firm(s) who ACF, in its sole discretion, determines to be most qualified, and hold the SOQ for a period of 60 days without taking action. SOQs submitted past the deadline date and time will not be accepted.
