June 5, 2024: The Angelina & Neches River Authority (ANRA) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for engineering services for design of water system improvements for its Central Heights Utilities. Engineering services include the following: Statement of Qualifications shall include: SOQ’s shall only be submitted electronically in PDF format, via email at solicitations@anra.org or via USB thumb drive mailed to 2901 N. John Redditt Drive, Lufkin Texas 75904. All SOQ submission must be received at ANRA’s Central Office no later than 12:00 noon on June 21, 2024.
