WATER LEAK & BOIL WATER ADVISORY Friday, October 3 7:00 p.m. Attention Central Heights Utilities: Due to a contractor hitting one of our water lines, there is a major active water leak. ANRA crews are en route to make the repair. The affected area is FM 698 from Highway 259 West to the end of the system. October 3, 2025 Due to a water main break, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) has required the Central Heights Utilities public water system (PWS ID Number TX1740008) to notify all customers to boil their water prior to consumption (e.g., washing hands/face, brushing teeth, drinking, etc.). Children, seniors, and persons with weakened immune systems are particularly vulnerable to harmful bacteria, and all customers should follow these directions.
