Notice of Regular Meeting – Board of Directors

The Board of Directors of the Angelina & Neches River Authority (ANRA) will meet at 9:00 AM, Tuesday, August 11, 2026 in the meeting room of its Central Office located at 2901 N. John Redditt Dr., Lufkin, Texas. The Board will consider the matters listed below and may take action on them.

Any person wishing to make an oral presentation to the Board of Directors on any matter under the Authority’s jurisdiction must complete a registration form that indicates the agenda item or other topic on which they wish to comment, the speaker’s name, address and other relevant information. Speakers who have not completed a registration form will not be recognized by the presiding officer. The presiding officer shall limit the length of time for each speaker to three minutes. Speakers may not trade or donate time to other speakers. Speakers and members of the public must avoid disruptive conduct that interferes with the orderly conduct of a public meeting.

12. Consideration and Approval of a contract amendment with Schaumburg and Polk Inc. to close out the North Angelina County Regional Wastewater Facility Rivercrest Regionalization Project
13. Consideration and Approval for the engagement of an audit firm for the performance of the FY 2026 Annual Financial Audits and NCF Statement of Cash Receipts and Disbursements

16. Consideration and Approval of an Amendment to the Water Conservation and Drought Contingency Plans
17. The Board may recess into Closed Session to deliberate the following items and will re-convene into open session to take action (if any action is required) on items discussed in the Closed Session:
    1. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease or value of real property pursuant to Government Code Section 551.072;
    1. To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee pursuant to Government Code Section 551.074
